Air Sealing
Air sealing is the most important part of weatherizing a home. It starts with sealing top plates before insulation is applied. Contrary to common belief, sealing windows and doors alone isn’t enough. Drafts often come through interior walls from the attic.

Crawl Space Insulation
Crawl spaces are often overlooked because they’re out of sight, but they play a major role in home comfort. Cold floors? It’s likely your crawl space isn’t properly insulated.

Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam provides the highest insulation performance with an R-value of R6/inch. We use a safe, low-pressure closed cell Polyurethane foam that cures in just 1 hour. Most homes receive 3″ (R18) of foam during installation.
